Capilla Virtual manages this website, member accounts, and forms. It is a service and hope initiative supported by Fundación Impacto Boriken.
Depending on the feature, we may receive a name, email, account preferences, saved readings, progress dates, private notes, prayer request, reference number, and basic security data. Do not submit full identification numbers, passwords, banking details, or medical records.
Journal notes, saved readings, and preferences are stored in the WordPress account. They are not published or emailed by default. Administrators with technical access may be able to access stored data when necessary for support, security, or lawful administration.
Prayer requests are private and are not automatically published or converted into testimonials. Sensitive requests may be notified to administrators by reference only.
Daily or weekly reminders are optional and can be disabled in My Chapel. Delivery depends on the hosting and mail configuration; the account remains functional if email does not arrive.
Minors should use forms with guidance from a parent or guardian when appropriate. Do not submit precise location, school, or safety information through a public form. In an emergency, contact qualified local services.
To ask about a record, request correction, or request account review/deletion, use the profile option or write to info@juancollazo.net. Reasonable identity verification may be required.
